The 5th APUCEN Summit will be held in Chongqing, China. Located in southwest China, Chongqing is the economic center, financial center and innovation center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and one of the four municipalities directly under the central government of China. Chongqing is an important strategic fulcrum for the development of western China, and is at the junction of the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, playing a unique and important role in China's regional development and opening-up pattern.
